Considero que la informaci�n presentada a trav�s de las experiencias de diversas personas es muy interesante y te da una mayor visi�n del por qu� suceden las cosas. Ahora, la pregunta que es m�s importante es para qu� pasas por situaciones que muchas veces te hacen inmensamente feliz o caes en una depresi�n terrible. Es un libro que te ayuda a entender mucho el por qu� est�s en este mundo.

recommendable , si, pero en lo que respecta a mi , se fui mucho por el lado subjetivo,, muy espiritual,
que como que no encaja ,, en terapias tipicas. Pero al igual son sus sugerencias, mas mis perspectivas
no fueron las mismas para esta obra, que se merece mi respeto porque al final es ayudar y ayudarse. libro de muchas paginas eso si.. para leer bastante..
