I don't know if I am more angry at the writer for putting these words down as an example of effective communication, the publisher for thinking it was ready for print, or my professor for choosing this text. The book is terrible. If you are a professor looking for an effective book with which to teach communication. Move on.

This book falls apart. It was not only mine that fell apart, my entire class had this issue. The pages came right off of the spine.
