Great Book! Great Insight on Busch & Glyndebourne

Let me just say this in this forum. This is one of the most important books in cultural history that has ever been written. In addition, if you love those great old Fritz Busch performances from Glyndebourne you will appreciate them even more in Levi's wonderful treatment of the virtues displayed.. Also, for a more serious look than can be given here on the crucial issues raised by Levi's entire chapter devoted to Freemasonry and the Nazis you should read the March 2013 issue of The Working Tools Masonic Magazine, where I published an interpretative essay/book review on Levi's fine volume dealing with that difficult subject.
